Born circa 200 BC along with the invention of paper by the Chinese, the art of collage was revived in France about a hundred years ago. You’ll invent your own style by building surfaces using paint, pastels, markers , pencils, and cloth. Push and pull, scrape and carve with a variety of surprising tools. Learn to isolate color and play with color combinations. Bring any materials that grab you eye.
