This event is no longer on sale.

Saturday February 23

10:00 AM  –  4:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday, Feb 23 & 24, 10am - 4pm
Instructor: Margaret Dwyer

Create depth in your watercolors by learning to use the negative painting technique. Shift the focus on your subject matter by exploring the spaces with multiple layers of glazes and edges. You’ll leave this workshop knowing how to create simple yet dynamic color schemes using color saturation and rich, tonal darks. The results are a mysterious blend of the real and the abstract. Some watercolor experience suggested.
