You'll begin this workshop by writing a simple, six-word story and creating illustrations for it. You'll then bind it into a very simple but versatile book structure. The writing is meant to be a fun exercise, but you're also welcome to use an existing story. This structure could be used for any kind of content: text or image or both and can be scaled up in size. Stephanie Wolff works with paper, text, textile, and the book form. Her projects often explore themes of weather, history, and rural life.
