Explore the expressive potential of using color to add strength and beauty to your landscape paintings in pastel, oil, acrylic or watercolor. Working from photos, we'll create small, organized color studies of our subject using an array of limited color selections based upon paintings by both past and recent masters, displayed and explained by the instructor. From these studies, we’ll find just the right combination to add uniqueness, expression and sparkle to our final composition. Color demonstrations and exercises, critique and lots of painting time. All levels welcome.
